Truths Universally Acknowledged

  I have just linked up to do this for the first time, which I am very exited about! The rules are here , and the prompt for this month is " A scene with running water in book or film ". One of the first things I thought of when I read this was the destruction of Isengard from   the film of  The Lord of the Rings . Here it is: I love this scene - it's so satisfying to watch! Though I have to confess that Treebeard wasn't at all like how I'd imagined him, the directors having selfishly neglected to consult me before making the film!

Hello there! Welcome to my blog! I'm Caroline Bingley, and I'm a Catholic who enjoys painting, cardmaking, and crochet. I also love reading, although I can truthfully say that "I am not a great reader, and I have pleasure in many things.” My other hobbies include playing the recorder, baking and gardening. In case you're wondering why I chose the name Caroline Bingley, it was because when I was trying to come up with something with my sister, we saw this picture, and it reminded us of ourselves when we're satisfied with an idea: And, as I'm the younger one, it just made sense for me to be Caroline!
